I just traveled down to San Diego for the weekend with my family. It wasn’t necessarily the best family vacation I’ve ever taken, but I’d have to say it’s definitely up there with the best of them. I don’t know what it was, maybe the familiarity of the town along with getting to know new parts of it. Or maybe it was the great memories that I had there just about a month or so ago that kept me “high” in a sense during my stay there this weekend.
I won’t bore you by letting you know what I did, like how I went to the San Diego Zoo and had an ‘okay’ time or how I went to one of SD’s best steakhouses (Fat City Steakhouse) and one of SD’s best breakfast spots (Richard Walker’s Pancake House), yet my experiences there were probably just average at best.
However, the one problem that I seem to be having (that I re-discovered on my trip) was that my Macbook Pro is starting to give out on me. Sadly. I hope I can fix it, but then again I hope it can’t be fixed and my parents just get me a new one instead! How exciting.
Anyways, I’ve got to run to the market now to get some things. Just remember, if you’re in San Diego don’t believe the hype when you hear about either Fat City Steakhouse or Richard Walker’s Pancake House. Trust me!
