I did a quick search on Google Images for “Golden Cheese Doritos” and unfortunately I did not find anything related to what I was going to talk about. But it’s okay! I have a picture of my own. For those of you who haven’t experienced the Golden Cheese Doritos, it’s probably because you haven’t been to Taiwan (or possibly China, too). Dennis (my roommate) recently took a trip to Japan and then Taiwan and was nice enough to bring me back two bags of these lovely chips.
It wasn’t my first time eating these chips anyways, I had them originally when I traveled to Taiwan in Christmas ‘06. The cheesy taste on the chips is so light and then to top it off, when you finish the chip you feel a little “zing” — like a little spiciness — from the chip. It is an amazing experience and every person I have made try these chips has really enjoyed them.
